"Watch V9C" is operated by Future Wear Health Technology Limited ("We") to provide you with a record and display of your exercise health in relation to mobile smart wearable devices. We take your privacy seriously and this Privacy Policy has been developed with you in mind. It is important that you are fully aware of our personal information collection and use practices and that you ultimately have control over the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose, process and store the information you provide to us when you use our Watch V9C application. The term "personal information" in this privacy policy refers to data that can be used to identify a specific individual, either by itself or by association with other information. We will use this information in strict compliance with this privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information with appropriate security measures in accordance with proven industry security standards.

You undertake to be an adult at the time you start using the product (or service). If you are a minor, you will need your guardian to read this Agreement carefully and obtain his/her consent for you to use the Application and agree to the relevant Application Terms of Service. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a minor has submitted personal information to us without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that such personal information is removed and to ensure that the minor unsubscribes from any applicable services.

This Privacy Policy has been developed with you in mind and it is vital that you are fully aware of our personal information collection and use practices and that you are ultimately in control of the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose, process and store the information you provide to us when you use our Watch V9C application. The term "personal information" in this Privacy Policy refers to data that can be used to identify a specific individual, either by itself or by association with other information. We will use such information in strict compliance with this Privacy Policy. 

1. What information do we collect and how to use it

(i)When you must authorise us to collect and use your personal information

Personal information is collected for the purpose of providing you with products and/or services and to ensure that we comply with the relevant applicable laws, regulations and other regulatory documents. You have the right to provide this information at your own discretion, but in most cases, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with the appropriate services or respond to the problems you encounter. These functions include:

(1) Binding of smart wearable devices

(2) In order to support the binding of your smart wearable device to the application, we may collect your account information, smart wearable device identification information, device MAC address, software list, mobile device identification information (IMEI number after hashing algorithm encryption), mobile phone model, system version number, Bluetooth information of the smart wearable device.

Exercise health information recording and display:

During your use of our smart wearable devices, we may collect information relating to your exercise activity, including the number and duration of your steps, exercise mode, step frequency, distance, exercise time, heart rate and heartbeat. In addition, we may collect personal information about you, including your nickname, gender, date of birth, height and weight. This information is used to calculate and display your heart rate, steps, calories burned, sleep time, etc. for you within your smart wearable device and app pages to give you a better understanding of your exercise status. Your personal information will also be used to provide you with exercise recommendations. This information will be displayed on the smart wearable and on the app page and you can view it at any time.

(3) Feedback on issues

We may collect the feedback you provide to us about your problem, your contact information, which will be used to allow us to better understand the problem you are experiencing and to contact you. If you actively upload logs for problem solving purposes, we will collect logs containing exercise data (e.g. mileage, duration of exercise, etc.) and health data (e.g. heart rate, sleep time, stress data, etc.). Please be assured that the log information you upload will only be used to solve problems and we will not use it for other purposes. We guarantee that we will not upload log information without your authorisation.

(4) Third party data export

We may make disclosures to the third party service providers and affiliates listed below in this section. In the circumstances described in this section, you can be assured that we will only share your personal information in accordance with your authorisation. You should be aware that in any of the circumstances described below, when we share your personal information with a third party service provider, we will contractually set out the third party's practices and obligations to comply with applicable local data protection laws. We will contractually ensure that the third party service provider complies with the privacy standards applicable to them in the jurisdiction in which you are located. If you no longer use this feature, you can unbind it and we will delete this information once it has been unbundled.

(5) APP notification reminder

Our service supports the pushing of app notifications to your tethered wearable device and allows you to control whether notifications are pushed to third party apps with a separate switch, to support this we read your installed list, and notification bar messages.

(ii) The circumstances in which you can choose whether to authorise us to collect and use your personal information

In order to make it easier for you to use our interactive voice services and thereby enhance your experience, we may collect and use your personal information for the following additional features. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the basic services described above, but you may not be able to use these additional features that will provide you with a more optimal service. These additional features include:

  1. Location-based add-on: If you want to record your movements in outdoor sports scenarios, we will collect your location information and plot your movements for you when you enable the location permission of the app.
  2. Exercise data sharing To provide you with more exercise data recording experience, you can actively choose to share your exercise data to third party platforms (e.g. WeChat, QQ). In order to support this feature, we will collect your shared account information from the third party platform, including account id, account nickname and avatar. If you no longer use this feature, you can unbind and stop sharing and we will delete this information once you unbind.


(iii) Watch V9C permission call instructions

In addition, the following device permissions may be triggered when you use the Watch V9C app. To enable you to better manage your information, we will inform you of the purpose of this permission at the same time as the product usage process permission request and the possible impact on your use of the service if you do not enable the permission, so please review this carefully. You can choose whether to authorise the following permissions before using certain functions. You can also change the authorisation yourself at any time via the device permission settings page.

The following details of the relevant functions and call permissions are listed for your reference:

  1. Reading and writing external storage (Android version): used to read images from the phone when the user sets the dial image; used to save images to the user's phone when the user shares them;
  2. Location permission (Android, IOS versions): used to scan the Bluetooth device when the user binds the wearable; used to help the user record the movement track when the user turns on the outdoor sports function; used to synchronise the display of weather information on the wearable for the user;
  3. Reading contacts, call logs: used to synchronise incoming calls and contact names to the wearable device when the user uses the "Show contacts" function;
  4. Making and receiving calls: used to control calls from the wearable device while the user is using the "call alert" function;
  5. Access to the camera (Android, IOS versions): for scanning QR code devices.

(iv) You are fully aware that we do not require your consent to collect or use personal information in the following circumstances:

  1. related to national security and defence security;
  2. relating to public safety, public health, or significant public interest;
  3. in connection with the investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of sentences for offences;
  4. Where it is necessary to protect the life, property or other significant legitimate interests of the subject of the personal information or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
  5. The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of the personal information himself/herself;
  6. Where your personal information is collected from legitimate public disclosures, such as legitimate news reports, government disclosures and other sources;
  7. necessary to conclude a contract at your request;
  8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as detecting and dealing with faults in the products and/or services;
  9. Necessary for legitimate journalism;
  10. Where it is necessary for an academic research institution to carry out statistical or academic research in the public interest and where the results of the academic research or description are made available to the public, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;

(v) Non-personal information

We may also collect other information that cannot be identified to a specific individual (i.e. information that is not personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use a specific service, such as daily activity events. The purpose of collecting this information is to improve the services we provide to you. The type and amount of information collected depends on how you use our products and/or services.

Aggregate data is considered non-personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. If we use non-personal information in combination with personal information, such information will be treated as personal information for the duration of the combination.

II. How we use cookies and similar technologies

What information is collected and how is it used?

The Watch V9C app and third party service providers and business partners (see "What information we collect and how we use it" above for more details) use technologies such as cookies, tags and scripts. These technologies are used to analyse trends, track your activity and collect statistical information about the user population as a whole. We may receive individual or aggregate analytics reports collected through these technologies. These technologies help us to better understand your behaviour, allow us to understand which parts of our applications you visit and improve functionality.

(1) Location service providers: The location services in this service are provided by a third party, Gaode, and we will provide your GPS location information to such service providers through SDK-related technology for the purpose of providing you with map-based, motion-related location services.

(2) Hardware service providers: When you use a smart wearable device, the hardware services for the smart wearable device are provided by a third party watch V9C company. We will provide your smart wearable device connection status, device information, real-time step count, SDK version, manually measured heart rate, exercise data and account information to such service providers through SDK related technology, which is used to support the smart wearable device with This is used to support the functionality of your smart wearable device and to provide you with services related to your hardware device.

If we share your personal information with these third parties, we will use encryption and other means to protect the security of your information. For companies and organisations with which we share personal information, we will conduct a reasonable review of their data security environment and sign strict data processing agreements with them, requiring the third parties to take adequate protection measures for your information and to strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

We will only share personal information that is necessary to provide you with our services for legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific and explicit purposes. In addition, we will use encryption and other means to keep your information secure. We will contractually set out the practices and obligations of third parties and ensure that third party service providers comply with the privacy standards applicable in your jurisdiction. You should be aware that the authorisation given to us includes sub-processors for third party service providers.

For your protection, please check the instructions on the account cancellation page carefully to complete your cancellation. We will complete your cancellation request within the time frame indicated on the page, which is generally no more than the 15 days required by law. If you wish to cancel your account, please be careful as this will prevent you from using our products and services. We may decide whether to support your cancellation request in the context of your use of the products and services in order to protect your legal rights or those of others.

Depending on the product or service you use the Watch V9C app for, this may include third party products or services involving types such as smart wearable device settings. We are not responsible for how third parties use the personal information they collect from you and cannot control its use. Our privacy policy does not apply to other websites linked through our service.
